The 21 Day NWMethod® Positive Challenge is a beautiful way to start your fitness journey. Just 15 minutes a day (live at 12pm EST) or check in with the recordings on our platform, it’s just the right amount to feel strong.
The definition of “Positive” according to Oxford is:
Consisting in or characterized by the presence or possession of features or qualities rather than their absence.
constructive, optimistic, or confident.
We decided this would be a great word for our challenge to bring more awareness around your physical well-being and how we can train our body to live more happy.
Noon can be considered one of the best times to exercise because your body is typically warmed up from the day, has access to more readily available energy from recent meals, and may experience peak performance in terms of strength and endurance, potentially leading to a more effective workout compared to morning or evening.
Here are the workouts from Week 1. You can start it at anytime 🙂
